What You Need
Physical presence in Germany
You must be in Germany at the time of prescription and medication pickup. This is verified as part of our legal compliance process.
Valid ID document
A valid passport or EU identity card. Any nationality is accepted.
German delivery address
Hotel, Airbnb, hostel, or any German address works. No registered residence needed.

Legal Requirement
You must be physically present in Germany at the time your prescription is issued and when your medication is delivered. We verify your location as part of the legal compliance process required by German medical law. Prescriptions cannot be issued in advance for use after you leave Germany.
Common Questions
Can I take my medication home with me?
It depends on your home country's laws. Within the EU/EEA, the CannaTravelPass (€89) provides legal documentation for cross-border travel. Outside Europe, check your country's import regulations.
Is the consultation available in English?
Yes. Our doctors are available in German and English. For other languages, let us know when booking.
How quickly can I get an appointment?
In most cases within 24–48 hours. If your stay is short, mention this when completing the questionnaire.
My only address is my hotel — is that accepted?
Yes, completely. We deliver to hotels, Airbnbs, hostels, and any temporary German address.
I already have a prescription from my home country. Does that help?
It can support your case during the consultation. However, a new German prescription is required — foreign prescriptions are not valid in German pharmacies.
What is the CannaTravelPass?
An additional €89 service providing certified travel documentation for carrying your medication across EU/EEA borders. Required by law when traveling between member states.
