  • You start by completing the medical questionnaire or having a video consultation.
  • It only takes a few minutes to get started, and you can complete the process discreetly online.

2. Medical review

  • Your details will be checked by certified doctors.
  • If medically suitable, an e-prescription will be issued.

3. Selection and provision

  • You can choose from over 1,500 flowers with real-time stock levels.
  • You can then choose between standard delivery, collection or express delivery.
