Notice about the CannaNow Platform

CannaNow provides a digital infrastructure that connects patients, physicians, pharmacies, and other healthcare stakeholders. The platform's goal is to simplify communication and workflows in the treatment and care process. CannaNow itself is not a healthcare provider – specifically not a physician, medical care center (MVZ), or pharmacy. Medical consultations, treatments, and the issuance of prescriptions are exclusively provided by independent, licensed physicians in accordance with applicable legal regulations. Following a medical consultation, electronic prescriptions (e-prescriptions) may be issued if a medical indication exists. Patients can redeem these prescriptions at a pharmacy of their choice. Electronic private prescriptions must be paid in full by the patients themselves. Pharmacy participation in CannaNow is voluntary and free of charge. As part of the questionnaire, patients can specify their preferred pharmacy for prescription processing. All content on CannaNow is purely editorial in nature and does not replace medical consultation or treatment. CannaNow operates neutrally and independently – without economic interests in specific physicians, pharmacies, or products.
